Artists often gather at huge gatherings of other artists in the same genre and those are conventions. People make conbadges as nametags so others can recognize them by their online handles/fursonas.

I love the textures on this especially on the ears and nose. The background compliments the pic well and the writing on the side looks great! Beautiful pic. :)
