A long overdue commission for Watergazer! For this piece, I tried a variety of new techniques and effects. Note the reflective pupil effect. I emulated the phenomena seen in animal photos, where the pupil glows. It's a neat effect, and it really draws attention to the eyes. Obviously, the lighting is all kinds of cool. I like how the source is visable, and not just centered directly behind the figure. The scene reminds me of a Bigfoot sighting- scary, mysterious and magical.

This picture is very, very close to being photo-realistic o_o your work never ceases to amaze me, being by detail or the realism of it, the lighting effects just blow my mind away, indeed gorgeous o_o

Really nice piece; it has a nice balance of life in the pose, and detail...The glowing-eye effect is cool and not cheesy; more folks oughta do it.
